The combination of an initial assessment, nudge based content delivery and group coaching guarantees the fastest behavior change possible.
Assessment - We administer an anonymous 360 assessment of every leader who enters the Emerging Leader Essentials Program. The survey is standardized so the results of every leader are bench marked against the results of hundreds of other leaders across a range of industries.
Group Coaching - Emerging Leaders join a group of up to 12 other leaders who are working on developing similar skills to them. In these groups we host regular group coaching sessions where we unpack the real world issues they are facing. They also get access to a private slack channel where they can ask and answer questions anytime, any day.
Nudge Based Content - Nudge based content delivery is proven to be the most effective content delivery method for sustained behavioral change. Our Emerging Leaders Essentials Program delivers 6 months (and growing) worth of nudge content the delivery of which can be tailored to meet the needs of each leader.
